TikTok Competion: Challenging Abortion Stigma in Nigeriaπ±π
Led by Network For Safeguarding Womenβs Health and Rights, this initiative calls for action against restrictive abortion laws in Nigeria and works to reduce stigma around speaking openly about abortion.
It invites Nigerians who care about abortion rights to take part through storytelling and digital advocacy, challenging harmful narratives and raising awareness of how restrictive laws lead to unsafe practices.
Prizes are offered to Nigerian storytellers and content creators who contribute powerful narratives that challenge stigma and shift public conversation. DDL: March 31.

Wholly Trinity: Abortion, Art and Activism in Ireland π¬

This short film screening explores the powerful role that artists and creatives played in campaigning for abortion rights across the island of Ireland. Produced by The Open University and conceived by Alliance for Choice in collaboration with The Array Collective, the film highlights how creativity, performance, and collective imagination helped shift public conversations and mobilize communities.
Through interviews with artists and activists, the film reflects on how art inspired action, sparked dialogue, and helped build solidarity during the movement for abortion rights.

Together, the session invites us to reflect on why abortion justice β and access with dignity β cannot be separated from climate justice.
